Men's lacrosse wraps up its regular season with a 7 p.m. game under the lights at Garber Field on Friday, April 24. The Minutemen are currently in the hunt for a spot in the upcoming CAA Championship and will honor the seven members of the 2015 graduating class before the game during a Senior Night ceremony.

Scouting Delaware Men's Lacrosse
                Delaware started the year three wins over its opening six games but faltered down                the stretch and dropped seven of its last eight for a 4-10 mark entering play                against the Minutemen. The Blue Hens are 0-4 during league games, including a pair                of overtime losses to Drexel, 9-8, and Fairfield in double OT, 12-11 in their                latest contests.
Beau Jones, Brian Kormondy and Tom Holland have all reached 30 points on the current season. Jones leads the trio with 37 points via 17 goals and 20 assists, the third-most helpers in the CAA. Kormondy trails Jones by two points with a 21 goals and 14 assists while Holland adds a team-high 26 tallies with four assists. Brett Anton starts in the cage and holds a 9.58 goals-against average with a .532 save percentage. Anton is 4-7 on the year after he supplanted Conor Peaks in net early in the season. Peaks is 0-3 on the year with a 15.10 goals-against mark and .427 save percentage.
Bob Shillinglaw is in his 37th year as head coach of the Delaware Blue Hens. Shillinglaw took the squad to the 2007 Final Four among six berths into the NCAA Tournament. The squad is 297-285 under Shillinglaw's guidance but has struggled since joining the CAA in 2003 and is 28-49 (.364 win percentage) in league games.
Last Meeting: Delaware 15, Massachusetts 7; April 25,                2014
                Nick                Mariano scored three goals and Connor                Mooney provided two more, but the UMass was unable to overcome a strong start                by Delaware in a 15-7 loss to the Blue Hens. Mariano finished the game with five                points courtesy of two assists to go with his fifth career hat trick. Mooney also                helped out on a pair of goals.
Delaware loss dropped Massachusetts to 7-6 on the season and 1-4 in CAA games to end the 2014 campaign. Mooney finished his career at UMass with 99 points, including a single-season personal-best of 38 during the 2014 campaign. Mariano led the squad in the category on the season with 39 through a team-best 29 goals to go with 10 assists.
Delaware started the game with six consecutive goals and led 7-1 midway through the second half before three straight UMass tallies cut it to 7-4 approaching halftime. After the Blue Hens scored twice and UMass answered with two more of its own, Delaware put the game out of reach with a four-goal run that spanned into the fourth quarter.
