Tamara Tatham, Team Canada At The FIBA Americas Championship (Aug. 14)

University of Massachusetts alumna Tamara Tatham and the Canadian National Team won each of their opening four games at the 2015 FIBA Americas Championship and claimed the top spot in Group A as a result. They defeated Puerto Rico, 94-57 on Aug. 9, followed with a 93-36 victory over Chile the next day and added dominant wins over the Dominican Republic, 111-36 and Cuba, 92-43, on Aug. 11 and 12, respectively.

Tatham has been productive through four games and averages 9.3 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.0 assists per appearance. She is shooting an efficient 52.2 percent from the floor (12-of-23) and nearly automatic at the foul line (10-of-12; 83.3 percent). Canada faces Brazil in the semifinals on Saturday, Aug. 15.
