The University of Massachusetts appears to have filled all its coaching vacancies with the hiring or Andrew Dees as the running backs coach and recruiting coordinator.
Dees comes to Amherst after five years coaching under Al Golden at Temple and before that he was at the University at Buffalo.
He replaces Guido Falbo, who held the same positions at UMass before leaving to be the offensive coordinator at RPI.
While Dees job coaching the running backs is important, his experience coaching at the FBS level should be a a real positive as the recruiting coordinator for a future FBS team.
