UMass field hockey hosts Syracuse for its final non-conference game of the 2014 season on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 1 p.m. The last time these teams faced off at Garber Field the Minutewomen defeated then-No. 1 nationally ranked Syracuse to start a 10-game winning streak that culminated with an appearance in the 2012 NCAA Tournament.
