Six Minutewomen garnered Academic Scholar-Athlete honors, while the team earned All-Academic Team status.

AMHERST, Mass. – Seven Massachusetts tennis athletes were recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes, as announced by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association on Monday, while the squad as a whole earned ITA All-Academic Team recognition of their combined academic success. Graduates Mariana Campino, Renata Farima and Belle Jonglertrakul, rising seniors Trinity Calinescu and Ella Faessler,  rising junior Amelia Tye and rising sophomore Martina Pavissich were among those that garnered the honor for the Minutewomen.

UMass was one of 222 Division I women's tennis programs to receive ITA All-Academic Team accolade, as the honor is open to any ITA program that has a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or above (on a 4.0 scale). All varsity letterwinners were factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current 2024-25 academic year.

In order to earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status a player must meet the following criteria: 1.) be listed on the institutional eligibility form, and 2.) have a grade point average of at least a 3.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale) for the current academic year.
