UMass Tennis Unveils Spring 2022 Schedule

The Minutewomen will host 10 home matches.
AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts women's tennis program announced a competitive slate for the Spring 2022 season on Tuesday afternoon. The regular season features 10 dual matches that will be played either indoors at the Bay Road Tennis Club or outdoors at the Mullins Center Tennis Courts.
The Minutewomen return four members of its 2020-21 team, including graduate student Anna Napadiy, senior Dylan Cannon and sophomores Danielle Hack and Mariya Krasakova. The Maroon and White also add four new members this season, in graduate student Vitoria Okuyama, junior Polina Akimova and freshmen Renata Farima and Thamonpan Jonglertrakul.
UMass did not play during the 2020-21 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Massachusetts last regular season match occurred on March 1, 2020, against Brown, before sports came to a halt due to COVID-19 and the remainder of the season was cancelled. The Minutewomen finished the shortened season 3-10 overall, including 1-0 in Atlantic 10 play.
