Last Time Out
The Minutemen capped off last week's string of road games with a 6-0 win at Central Connecticut State, netting all six goals in the final 45 minutes to mark the most goals scored in a single game by a UMass squad since a 7-1 win over St. Bonaventure in 2002. Sophomore defender Graham Brenner scored a pair of goals to lead the Minutemen, opening up the scoring in the 62nd-minute before capping off the win with the final goal in the 86th-minute. In Tuesday's contest at Dartmouth, UMass surrendered its first goal of the season in a 1-0 loss to the Big Green.

Stingy Defense
The UMass defense has allowed just one goal defensively this season through five contests while earning shutout wins in 4-of-5 games to open up the 2019 campaign. Through 450 minutes of action, the Minutemen own a .200 goals against average while goalkeeper Marvyn Dorchin has helped the squad to four shutouts with 15 saves on the year.

First Time Goal Scorers
Ryan Levay became the newest first-time collegiate goal scorer for the Minutemen as he netted his first UMass goal in the 85th-minute in Saturday's 6-0 win over the Blue Devils after adding his first career assist just moments early. On the year, the Minutemen have had six goal scorers find the back of the net led by Brenner's team-best three goals after the sophomore found his first career score in a win over Sacred Heart in the home opener. Sophomore defender Tyler Mann also netted his first collegiate goal in Saturday's win, pushing the UMass lead to two goals in the 68th-minute after a takeaway.
