"This program has such a wonderful, rich and productive history. I am excited to contribute and continue to build a strong, successful and winning softball program that is prepared to compete at the highest level."

Inglesby started all 52 games as a senior in 2014, including 21 in the circle as UW went 37-15 overall and 13-9 in Pac-12 play. In 2013, the Huskies compiled a 45-17 mark and finished tied for third in the country. Inglesby was 23-9 with two saves and a 1.95 ERA while earning first team All-America honors. "We are ecstatic to have her expertise and experience to help us build on the tradition of champions here at UMass and within the softball program," Stefanoni added. "She will come in and make an immediate impact working with our pitchers. Her outstanding reputation as a student-athlete as well as her work ethic and impeccable character will be invaluable to our program."

Inglesby was a finalist for the 2014 Lowe's Senior CLASS Award and a three-time Academic All-Pac 12 honoree who graduated from Washington in 2014 with a degree in Medical Anthropology and Global Health. She was one of a dozen student-athletes chosen to work with the Pac-12 Networks, where she gained experience in the marketing department developing strategies for the 2014 Pac-12 football season.

The Portland, Ore. native was a two-time Oregon State Player of the Year and an UnderArmour All-American in high school.
