AMHERST, Mass. - The University of Massachusetts women's lacrosse team heads to Pittsburgh to take on Duquesne on Saturday. The Minutewomen and the Dukes begin action at noon from Rooney Field on ESPN+.

Last Time Out
UMass picked up a 13-11 win on Saturday over Davidson to mark the fifth consecutive win to begin A-10 play. Kassidy Morris led UMass with six goals while Fiona McGowan dished out a tied for career-high seven assists. Charlotte Wilmoth added four goals and an assist for five points while defensively, Audra Tosone led the way with six caused turnovers. Jordan Dean finished with 15 draw controls to lead a UMass team that ended the day with a 16-11 advantage in the category.

Series History
Saturday's game marks the 30th all-time meeting between UMass and Duquesne dating back to the first matchup during the 1999 season. UMass holds a 22-7 all-time series advantage and has won 16 straight in the series after a 17-5 win in Amherst a season ago.

Quick Draw
Jordan Dean leads Division I in draw controls per game at 12.90 and eclipsed 300 for her career as she posted 15 in Saturday's win over Davidson. The junior has reached double-digits in draw controls in 8-of-10 games this season, including posting back-to-back career-high 19 draw controls at La Salle and against St. Bonaventure. Dean currently ranks second all-time at UMass in career draw controls with 323 and trails Caitlyn Petro's (2018-21) 394 for the most in program history.

A-10 Defensive Player of the Week
Audra Tosone was named the Atlantic 10 Co-Defensive Player of the Week on Tuesday after finishing with a season and game-high six caused turnovers in a 13-11 win over Davidson. Tosone also added a goal to mark her second straight game with a goal while adding five ground balls and a draw controls.

Helping Hand
Fiona McGowan ranks fifth nationally in assists per game at 3.30 after recording a tied for career-high seven in Saturday's win over Davidson. McGowan also ranks 12 among DI leaders in total assists with 33 to lead a UMass squad that ranks ninth nationally in assists per game with 8.30. The graduate student ranks seventh all-time at UMass in career assists with 104, trailing Cari Nickerson's 106 for sixth-most all-time. McGowan has recorded multiple assists in 8-of-10 games this season and has picked up seven assists in a game twice. The attacker's 209 career points are ninth-most all-time at UMass and trail Pam Moryl (215, 1982-85) for eighth all-time.

Movin' On Up
Audra Tosone moved into third all-time at UMass in career caused turnovers at George Mason on March 9, finishing with a pair of give her 88 for her career. The graduate currently has 98 caused turnovers to rank second all-time at UMass and trails Kristin St. Hilaire's 115 for most in program history.

Midseason All-American
Jordan Dean was tabbed an ILWomen Midseason All-America First-Team selection as announced by the organization on Thursday afternoon.

Looking Ahead
The Minutewomen break from A-10 play with an in-state matchup at UMass Lowell on Tuesday, April 9 at 3:30 p.m. and return to conference action at Garber Field on Saturday, April 13 against VCU at 1. The VCU game marks the first of three straight at home for the Minutewomen as they host UConn on April 17 and George Washington on April 20.
