Moreau Named Women’s Lacrosse League All-Star for Second Time

AMHERST, Mass. – Former UMass women's lacrosse standout Amy Moreau has earned a spot in her second straight Women's Lacrosse League All-Star Game, as announced on Tuesday. The former Atlantic 10 Midfielder of the Year, Moreau has a goal and 13 groundballs early this season for the Boston Charge and will suit up for Team Izzy on Sunday, July 5 in Annapolis, Maryland.
 
Collegiately, Moreau played five years for the Minutewomen, helping UMass to the 2022 Atlantic 10 Championship, earning four regular-season titles and making three NCAA Tournaments. She finished her collegiate career with 151 draw controls, 74 caused turnovers and 100 groundballs, while tallying 35 goals, 15 assists as a senior.
 
Moreau played professional lacrosse with Athletes Unlimited after graduation, playing for two summers, while also being invited to Team USA training camps on multiple occasions.
 
The All-Star Game is set for July 5 at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium at 5:30 p.m. in conjunction with the Premier Lacrosse League All-Star Game.
