AMHERST, Mass. - The no. 15-ranked Massachusetts women's lacrosse team returns home for a Saturday draw against Duquesne at Garber Field. The Minutewomen and Dukes begin play with a 1 p.m. draw.

Youth Day
Saturday's game marks Youth Day for the Minutewomen. UMass will hold a clinic and an autograph session post-game while admission is free.

Top-25 Rankings
The Minutewomen moved up a spot to no. 15 in the latest IWLCA/ILWomen Top-25 poll. UMass climbed from 24 to 20 after defeating A-10 foe Richmond in a top-25 matchup and moved up another four spots to 16 the following week.

Home Sweet Home
UMass is on a 10-game regular season winning streak at Garber Field dating back to last season. The Minutewomen won five consecutive regular season games on their home field last season and are 5-0 at Garber this year. UMass last lost a game at home on March 5, 2022 in non-conference play and hasn't lost a regular season league game at home since April 18, 2010. 

Stay Winnin'
The Minutewomen are third in the country in win percentage at .917 with a 10-1 record. UMass is currently on a 10-game winning streak heading into Saturday.

Midseason All-America
Fiona McGowan earned a spot on the ILWomen Midseason All-America list as she was tabbed an honorable mention last Friday.

Defensive Dominance
The Minutewomen are fifth nationally in scoring defense having allowed just 5.82 goals per game through 12 contests. UMass averages 10.0 caused turnovers per game to lead the Atlantic 10 and rank 15th nationally while its 19.83 ground balls per game is fourth most among DI teams.

Fiona's On Fire
Fiona McGowan ranks among the top-15 national in multiple offensive categories, including ranking 11th nationally in assists with 27 while her 55 points also ranks 11th. The senior averages 4.58 points per game to sit at 22nd nationally while her 2.25 assists per game is 17th-best among DI leaders.

Scoring Margin
The Minutewomen rank fourth nationally and lead the A-10 in scoring margin by outscoring their opponents by an average of 7.75 goals per game. In its five A-10 games this season, UMass has outscored its opponents by 62 goals for an average of 12.4 goals per game.

Minutewomen Among DI Leaders
Audra Tosone is averaging 2.17 caused turnovers per game through 12 contests to rank 13th nationally and second in the A-10 while her 2.92 ground balls per game is 19th most in the nation. Alex Finn's .605 shot percentage ranks 17th in the country while her 22 assists are 27th most.

Quick Draw
Jordan Dean is just five draw controls away from moving into the top-five all-time at UMass in the category and currently sits at 129 for her career. Dean would pass Stephanie Croke (2017-21) for fifth all-time while Nina Sarcona (2009-12) holds the fourth spot with 193 career draw controls. Dean's 78 draw controls on the year are tied for 10th-most all-time and she would need to match 87 to tie Kiley Anderson (2019) for 9th.

Looking Ahead
UMass heads back out on the road for its next two games with just three remaining on the regular season schedule following Saturday's draw against Duquesne. The Minutewomen take on VCU in Richmond, Va. on April 15 and play Saint Joseph's on April 22 in the final road game of the regular season. UMass is back at home on Saturday, April 29 for Senior Day Saturday at 12 p.m. against George Mason.
