Pair Of UMass Men's Lacrosse Alumni Named PLL All-Stars

Will Manny and Sean Sconone will be in action at Gillette Stadium this Saturday.
AMHERST, Mass. – A pair of University of Massachusetts men's lacrosse alumni have been selected to participate in the 2022 Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) All-Star Game, as the teams were announced on Monday. Attack Will Manny, who plays for Archers LC and goalkeeper Sean Sconone of Chrome LC will both suit up for Team Farrell in the All-Star Game, which is set for Saturday, July 16 at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Masachusetts at 3:30 p.m. and will air on ESPN.
Following the game, the 2022 All-Star Skills Challenge will commence at 6:30 p.m. on ESPN+.
Manny, who played for the Gorillas from 2010-2013, currently leads the PLL with 22 points over five games on 14 goals and eight assists.
Sconone spent four seasons at UMass from 2016 to 2019 and has helped Chrome LC to a 4-1 record through five games. To date he holds a 51% save percentage, having made 50 saves in five games and holds a 10.30 goals against average.
Following the game, the 2022 All-Star Skills Challenge will commence at 6:30 p.m. on ESPN+.
