The Opponent
The Minutemen head into this weekend's matchup against the Terriers leading the all-time series 21-18-7 with the last meeting coming in 2018, a 3-2 loss on the road at BU. UMass won the 2017 matchup between the two squads with a 1-0 shutout on Rudd Field. BU comes in with a 0-2 record, having played New Hampshire and Boston College to a pair of 1-0 contests.

No Goal Zone
UMass has put together consecutive clean sheets to start of the 2019 campaign on their way to a 1-0 road win over Northeastern and a 4-0 shutout victory at home over Sacred Heart. The back-to-back shutouts to start the season mark the first time since 2012 that the Minutemen have done so while a third straight clean sheet to open would be the fourth time it's been accomplished in program history and first time since 1996.

First Time Scorers
The Minutemen had three first time scorers find the back of the net in a 4-0 win over Sacred Heart in the Rudd Field opener on Monday. A pair of freshmen in Quinn Serafino and Logan Brown scored the second and fourth goals of the contest respectively while sophomore Graham Brenner netted his first career goal to give UMass an early 1-0 lead.

Parking Advisory
There is a parking advisory in effect for Saturday's matchup against the Terriers with football in action at 3:30 p.m. at McGuirk Stadium. Parking for lot 22 on the Southeast side of Rudd Field will be available for $5 prepaid online here while tickets will be available for $10 on campus the day of.
