UMass Men's Lacrosse Hosts Third Annual Networking Day

AMHERST, Mass. – UMass LaxBackers, the official support network for the University of Massachusetts men's lacrosse program, will host a day-long business networking event for the program's junior and senior classes in conjunction in New York City on Fri., Oct. 25.

Current men's lacrosse sophomores, juniors and senior, executives from six national and international companies representing a variety of professional career paths and additional UMass alumni will be on-hand throughout the day, which focuses on recruiting and hiring.

Following the completion the presentations, a business networking cocktail reception will take place with the student-athletes at Proper West, located at 54 West 39th Street in New York City starting at 6:00 p.m. The UMass Laxbackers sponsor the networking event and provide hors d'oeuvres and cocktails for those attending. The 2019 UMass LaxBackers Career Networking Event marks the third annual holding of the networking day.
