    What's On Tap:

    • Massachusetts (27-12-1, 12-0 A-10) continues its eight-game homestand to close out the regular season Sunday against George Washington at Noon in a doubleheader.

    • At 12-0, the Minutewomen are looking for their sixth undefeated season in conference play. After Sunday, UMass still has four league games remaining (May 4 and May 5 vs. Fordham and May 6 vs. La Salle).

    • UMass is currently tied with DePaul for the second-longest winning streak in the nation at 16 games. No. 1 Tennessee leads the way having won 26 games in a row.

    • UMass is tied with Alabama with the second-longest home winning streak at 22 games in a row. Top-ranked Tennessee has the longest having won 23 straight at home.

    Killer B's On A Roll

    • UMass' tandem in the circle of sophomore Brandice Balschmiter ? and freshman Bailey Sanders have been putting up some impressive numbers recently.

    • Since March 19, the duo are 16-1 with a minuscule 0.69 ERA. The Killer B's have held opponents to a .134 batting average and struck out 120 batters in 132.1 innings.

    • Balschmiter is 13-0 in this stretch with a 0.62 ERA. Opponents are hitting .128 off of her while striking out 89 times in 82.2 innings pitched.

    • She has six shutouts and a no-hitter (March 28 vs. Dartmouth), the second of her career, during this time.

    • Sanders, meanwhile, is 4-1 with a 1.11 ERA. Opponents are hitting .151 off Sanders and struck out 31 times in 25.1 innings pitched.

    • Sanders picked up her first career shutout while striking out a career-high nine batters in just five innings April 22 at Saint Joseph's.

    • The Killer B's have walked just 31 batters in 108.0 innings pitched for an impressive 3.9 strikeout to walk ratio.

    Cullington Continues Home Run Onslaught

    • UMass junior Stacy Cullington hit two home runs vs. Boston University on Thursday, her second multi-home run game in the last four games.

    • Cullington is now first on the team and second in the A-10 with 12 home runs.

    • She is just the sixth player in the history of the program to hit at least 10 round-trippers in a season. Cullington needs just two more to tie KJ Kelley for the all-time single-season record of 14 which she set in 2005.

    • Cullington paces the Atlantic 10 with 45 RBI and is second in UMass single-season history.

    • Whitney Mollica's 61 RBI in 2006 were a school and Atlantic 10 single-season record.

    • Cullington had a grand slam, her second one this year, as well as a three-run homer vs, the Terriers to establish a new school single-game record with seven.

    • The previous best of six RBI in a game had been done three times, most recently by Jenna Busa in 2005.

    Love That Home Cookin'

UMass has previously held a 73-game home winning streak. That was stopped by Saint Joseph's in the 2004 A-10 Tournament.
