Softball Announces Alumnae Weekend Plans

AMHERST, Mass. -- Head coach Elaine Sortino has announced the details for the annual UMass Softball Alumnae Weekend. It will begin with the alumnae softball game at 12:00 PM on Saturday, Oct. 8. That evening, a banquet will be held at the Massachusetts Room in the Mullins Center honoring the accomplishments of the 2005 Minutewomen. The weekend concludes on Sunday, Oct. 9, with the fourth annual Golf Scramble held at the Pine Grove Golf Club of Northampton. Shotgun tee times begin at 10:30 AM. Come join us once again in honoring the 2005 Atlantic 10 Championship Softball team who continued the tradition of excellence by making their 11th straight and 15th overall NCAA Tournament appearance.

UMass Softball Banquet
WHERE: Massachusetts Room; Third Floor, Mullins Center
WHEN: Cocktails begin at 6:30 PM; dinner will be served at 7:00
Note: Tickets to the banquet are $30 per person. Checks should be made out to UMass Softball. Please print out the RSVP card and mail it with your check to:
