Glenz Named ECAC Player of the Week

AMHERST, Mass. - University of Massachusetts lacrosse player Kevin Glenz (Merrick, N.Y.) has been named ECAC Riddell Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week for his role in UMass' two wins over Hartford and Stony Brook last week. Glenz totaled 10 points in the two wins.
Glenz tallied eight goals and two assists in two victories over the week, scoring a career-best eight points (6 g, 2 a) in a 13-7 victory over Hartford on Tuesday, before adding two goals against Stony Brook on Saturday. In the win over Hartford, five of his goals came in the second half, including four in the third quarter and the game-winner as UMass broke open a close game. He also scooped up four ground balls on the week.
