UMass Softball Regional Game With Washington Postponed

This afternoon's Regional #5 softball game between the University of Massachusetts and University of Washington, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. EDT, has been rescheduled for Sunday at 11:00 a.m. EDT due to severe weather.
The No. 4 seeded Minutewomen will take on the No. 2 seeded Huskies for the second time in the tournament after Washington lost to top seeded University of Oklahoma, 3-2, this afternoon.
The winner of the 11:00 a.m. EDT game will have to beat Oklahoma twice for the opportunity to play in the Women's College World Series next week. The loser is eliminated from the tournament.
