WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Senior Lydia Castro has been named to the Atlantic 10 All-Conference Second Team while Freshman Brooke Musch tabbed All-Rookie Team honors, announced on Tuesday by the conference.

Castro started all 37 games she played (20 in conference), with a batting average of .313 (.375 in conference), .388 OB%, and .861 OPS (.924 in conference), on 112 at-bats (64 in conference). The Lithia, Fla. native scored 17 runs over the season, with 35 hits, 3 home runs (1 in conference), a .473 slugging percentage (.516 in conference), and 23 RBIs while tallying 53 total bases on the season.

Musch started in 45 of 47 games she played (22 in conference), with a batting average of .304 (.365 in conference), .410 OB%, and .784 OPS (.903 in conference), on 115 at-bats (63 in conference). The Camden, N.Y. native scored 29 runs over the season, with 35 hits, and 10 RBIs on a .374 slugging percentage (.444 in conference) in addition to 43 total bases on the season.
