A pair of UMass freshman in Kelly Malyszka and Mariam Labib each won two individual events for the Minutewomen, beginning with Malyszka's winning swim of 10:27.16 in the 100 Free before going on to take first in the 500 Free later in the day. Labib won a tight race in the 200 Free with a swim of 1:54.12, winning by one one-hundredth of a second before capping off her day with a win in the 50 Free and a runner-up finish in the 100 Free.

Ansley Baker and Stephanie Judge added a pair of wins each as Baker posted the top swims in the 100 Free and 100 Breast while Judge won both butterfly races on the afternoon in the 200 and 100 Fly.

On the men's side, the Minutemen won 16 events, including 12 individual wins as they defeated NJIT 194-94. Trent Kindvall helped UMass sweep the two diving events as he won the 1-Meter Dive with a top score of 295.20 while Reece Donohue finished runner up before going on to win the 3-Meter Dive with a score of 275.90.

Oliver Wyeth, Al Madden, Connor Patterson and Owen Wright opened the swimming events with the top time in the 200 Medley Relay to set the tone for the rest of the afternoon. Wright went on to perform well in his individual races, taking first in the 200 Free before winning the 100 Free later in the day.

Seamus Trzewik-Quinn and Jason Tovar battled it out for the Minutemen in the 200 Back with Trzewik-Quinn finishing just under a second faster than Tovar as UMass took the top two spots in the event.

Both squads will be away from the pool next weekend as they get set for the Terrier Invitational on Nov. 17-19 in Boston, Mass.
