AMHERST, Mass. - Friday's first round of the UMass Soccer Classic has been postponed due to the heavy rain resulting from the approaching Hurricane Floyd. Hartford and Washington were scheduled to meet in the tournament opener at 2:00 p.m., followed by UMass and Siena at 4:00 p.m. at Totman Field.

The first round will now be played on Saturday. Game times have yet to be determined.

Sunday's final round at Totman Field remains as scheduled. Hartford and Siena will meet at 11:00 a.m. UMass and Washington will close play for the 1999 Classic with a 1:00 p.m. kickoff.
