Hrabal Earns Hockey East Goaltender Of The Week Recognition

AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts hockey junior goaltender Michael Hrabal has been selected as the Hockey East Stop It Goaltending Goaltender of the Week, the league announced on Monday. It marks Hrabal's first honor of the 2025-26 season and the sixth weekly award for a member of the Minutemen.
In a weekend split with No. 19 Boston University, Hrabal stopped 55 of the 56 shots he faced over 118 minutes in between the pipes, posting a .982 save percentage and a 0.51 goals-against average for the week.
On the road on Saturday, Hrabal turned aside all 26 shots he faced against the Terriers in a 2-0 UMass victory.
Currently on the season, Hrabal holds a .910 save percentage and a 2.61 GAA over 758 minutes in net, holding a 7-6-0 record.
