BURLINGTON, Vt. – Massachusetts (5-2-3, 1-1-0 A10) ended 2024 non-conference play with a gritty draw, battling Vermont (4-1-4, 0-0-1 AE) on Tuesday night.
Andrew Ortiz led the charge for the UMass offense, netting a first-half brace for his first two goals of the season. Matt Cence tallied his fifth assist of the season, good for the team-lead and tied for 16th in the NCAA.
