AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts junior defender Quinn Belt has been named Summit Defensive Player of the Week, announced by the league on Tuesday.
In a 4-1 victory over Deleware that clinched a home playoff game for the Minutemen, Belt had one of his best performances on both ends of the pitch, holding the Blue Hens to just one goal, while also adding his first collegiate goal and an assist.
