Goldblum Joins Massachusetts Women’s Lacrosse Staff

The American University graduate was a standout midfielder for the Eagles in her collegiate career.
AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts women's lacrosse has announced the addition of Kendall Goldblum to its staff as an assistant coach, head coach Jana Drummond announced on Thursday. Goldblum, a 2022 graduate of American University, comes to UMass following a standout career as a midfielder with the Eagles.
"We are very excited to welcome Kendall to our program," said Drummond. "Kendall brings with her a diverse knowledge of the game, an incredible work ethic, a strong passion for lacrosse, and leadership qualities that our student athletes can look up to and learn from.
A top 5 scorer in American University history, Kendall does not only impress on the field; she has an incredible maturity to her and ability to adapt to adversity and continue towards success. Her addition to our staff, program, and athletic department will be a tremendous benefit for us all. "
"I could not be more excited for the opportunity to be a part of the success that this program has built," said Goldblum. "I feel so lucky to coach alongside Jana and Aurora in my first year and am looking forward to continuing to learn from them."
Goldblum was a three-year captain at American and graduated ranking third in program history in career goals and second all-time in draw controls and fourth in points. She helped guide the Eagles to their first Patriot League Tournament appearance since 2013 as she was second on the team in goals, draw controls and points and third in assists en route to a Second Team All-Patriot League selection in 2019. The two-time Patriot League Academic Honor Roll member was an IWLCA Senior All-Star Game selection in 2022.
Goldblum earned her BS from American in business administration in 2021 and her master's in science of marketing in 2022. She has served as head coach for STARS Girls Lacrosse, Carolina Coast Lacrosse and PRIDE Girls Lacrosse.
