Atlantic 10 Swimming & Diving Championships
The four-day Atlantic 10 Championship meet at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio opens up for the Minutemen on Wednesday at 5 p.m. with the 200 Medley Relay and 800 Free Relay finals. The meet continues into Thursday and Friday with the preliminary heats scheduled for 10 a.m. with the finals at 6:30 p.m. while the 1-Meter Dive prelims open things up for the Minutemen on the boards at 1 p.m. Thursday. The final day of action will start up at 10 a.m. with the last preliminaries of the week with the finals session beginning at 6 p.m. All four days of the league meet will be available to watch on ESPN+.
Last League Meet
The Minutemen finished sixth at the league meet a season ago, scoring 346 while George Washington claimed the team title. Casey Ransford broke his own program record in the 200 Fly with a time of 1:48.55 on the final day to take fourth while Ben Gryski, Luther Gordon and Seamus Trzewik-Quinn all posted top-10 program times on the final day of action. UMass opened up the meet on the first day by setting a new program record in the 200 Medley Relay while Al Madden set a new program-best mark in the 100 Breaststroke on day three.
