Manny Picked For 2017 MLL All-Star Game

Men's lacrosse alumnus ranks among highest scoring players in league
BOSTON - Major League Lacrosse (MLL) announced University of Massachusetts men's lacrosse alumnus Will Manny as one of the league's 42 selections for the 2017 MLL All-Star Game. Manny, an attackman, will represent the Boston Cannon's during the Sat., July 8 event in Sacramento, California.
Manny ranks among the league's leading scorers in 2017 with 30 points via 18 goals and 12 assists through nine games played for sixth among attackman and ninth overall in points. Only in his fifth season playing MLL, Manny already owns 206 career points spanning 59 career games (3.49 per game) with at least 30 recorded in each campaign.
His success at the professional level is a direct continuation of his collegiate playing days, during which Manny accrued 201 points (107 goals, 94 assists), the fifth-most all-time in the UMass record book. While a Minuteman, Manny won USILA First Team All-America as a junior in 2012 and also took home NEILA Offensive Player of the Year, CAA Offensive Player of the Year, NEILA All-New England and All-CAA.
