Muller Picked For 2017 USILA North-South All-Star Game

Recent UMass graduate to represent Minutemen at annual senior game
AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts men's lacrosse recent alumnus Dan Muller will represent the Minutemen during the 76th-annual United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) North-South All-Star Game as one of 29 chosen to Team North. Muller becomes the 93rd member of the program selected to compete. He will be coached by former UMass standout Chris Gabrielli (1998-2001), who was announced the Division I/II North Team head coach on Wed., May 17.
A dual-major in sports management and finance, Muller graduated at 2017 Commencement following five years with the men's lacrosse program. He totaled 88 points over his career via 56 goals and 32 assists, including a career-high and team-leading 37 recorded during his redshirt senior campaign in 2017. It marks Muller's fifth honor of the year as he previously took home All-CAA First Team, CAA All-Championship Team, NEILA Academic All-Region and CAA All-Academic Team.
The North-South all-star games will be played at Providence College's Anderson Stadium on Fri., May 26. The Division III game will begin at 3 p.m., with the Division I/II contest following at 5:30 p.m. Tickets for the contest will be available at Anderson Stadium on May 26.
