Women's Lacrosse Announces Fall Play Schedule

Minutewomen to host two fall events in preparation for 2017 campaign.
AMHERST, Massachusetts - With fall training underway, the UMass women's lacrosse team has announced four play dates this semester highlighted by the UMss Fall Classic and the program's Annual Alumnae Game.
The Minutewomen will opened up their fall schedule on Sept. 25 at the Harvard Fall Fest. The first home event will be this Sunday, Oct. 2, with the UMass Fall Classic taking place at Garber Field with Yale, Stony Brook, Dartmouth and Bryant in attendance.
The Annual Alumnae Game is set for Friday, Oct. 8 at Garber Field beginning at 9:30 a.m.
The following week features a trip to Manhasset, N.Y., for the Diane Whipple Foundation College Showcase before returning home to host Stony Brook at Garber Field.
UMass is coming off an appearance in the NCAA Elite Eight after winning its eighth consecutive Atlantic 10 title.
