Garber Field Renovations Update (Aug. 21, 2015)

AMHERST, Mass. - The University of Massachusetts Athletic Department nears completion on construction at Garber Field, the home of the men's and women's lacrosse programs, as the turf has been fully installed. In addition to the new playing surface, the perimeter boundary surrounding the field was replaced with a concrete border and new asphalt layer.
In addition to the turf being in-place, the field now features lines for the men's and women's sides as well as a new UMass logo at the center of the field and Richard F. Garber Field lettering along the Northwest sideline.
