Rising senior midfielder Haley Smith is featured in the November issue of Lacrosse Magazine as one of four 'Gym Rats' showing off what they do to get ready for the season. Smith gives readers some insight into her routines of Kettlebell Swings, Roman Chair Sit-ups and Squats.
