2023 (Senior): Competed in eight games on the season … Recorded one shot against for a career-best against Loyola Chicago (10/1).
2022 (Junior): Saw action in one game for the Minutewomen.
2021 (Sophomore): Appeared in one game for the Minutewomen.
2020-21 (Freshman): Did not compete.
Before UMass: Played club for Tampa Bay United ECNL under coach Carmie Landeen, and was part of the ODP Florida State Team from 2016 to 2019 … Attended Steinbrenner High School, where she won the high school golden boot and was a Second Team All-Conference as a freshman … Was also a member of the National Honor Society while in high school.
Dowiak on Tarrant: Mia is a very athletic player with tremendous speed, very strong and difficult to knock off the ball. Another attacking player that plays as a center forward or wide forward. I think that she is going to be a player that we can really grow and mold over time into being an absolute handful for other teams because of all of her athletic qualities, but also her focus on technical ability over the last year has helped her to develop quite a ways in that area as well.
