AMHERST, Mass. – The University of Massachusetts women's track and field team finished first in the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships with 128 points. The Minutewomen totaled seven medalists and 20 student-athletes scoring points over the weekend in Fairfax, Va.

Highlights from Competition:
- Sadai Headley-Mawasi, Jana DeRaedt, Faith Richardson and Alysia Spencer combined to run 46.68 in the women's 4x100m relay to open the day, securing fourth place.
- Alex Costantino took fifth in the women's 1500m run with a time of 4:28.26.
- Katelyn Gorgenyi had the fourth-fastest finish in the women's 100m hurdles, crossing in 14.10.
- Headley-Mawasi took gold in the women's 400m dash, crossing the finish line in 54.17. She also scored in the women's 200m dash, running the sixth-fastest time at 24.77.
- Alexandria Scott took bronze in the women's 400m hurdles, running in 59.57.
- Rylee Shunney claimed silver in the women's 5K, crossing the finish line in 16:57.60. Ella Bosselman also scored, placing sixth with a time of 17:06.71.
- Alex Costantino, Lara Mannes Diaz de Cerio, Simone Harrison and Agnes Thundal combined to run an 8:53.38 in the women's 4x800m relay, taking bronze.
- Ali Murphy, Leila Metres, Caroline Mullady and Sadai Headley-Mawasi closed out the day on the track running the women's 4x400m relay in 3:42.50, taking silver.
- Mattie Bishop had the sixth-best throw in the women's shot put with a toss of 43'0.25".
- Shakira Cadet continued her strong season, placing fifth in the women's triple jump with a leao of 39'8.75"
- Natalie Krysta took sixth in the women's discus with a toss of 140'1".
- Courtney Rowland finished out the field events, taking gold in the high jump with a clearance of 5'7.25".
