Bell Secures Fourth Atlantic 10 Weekly Honor

Andrew Bell was named the A-10 Performer of the Week for the eighth time in his career.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Junior Andrew Bell tabbed the Atlantic 10 Men's Performer of the Week for the fourth time this season, as announced by the league on Tuesday afternoon. The weekly honor marks the eighth of his career, and sixth A-10 Performer of the Week accolade.
In the most recent meet at Bryant, Bell took first place in both the one-meter and three-meter dive. During the one-meter event, Bell scored a 360.08, while totaling a 384.75 in the three-meter.
Back in December, Bell competed at the USA Diving Winter Nationals. In the one-meter preliminary round, Bell placed 11th with a six-dive total of 306.70. He totaled a 295.45 in the three-meter preliminary round to take 21st.
Massachusetts swimming and diving prepares for the Tate Ramsden Invitational this week. The two-day event begins on Friday, January 17, at 5 p.m., before continuing Saturday, January 18 at 10 a.m.
