Frazee And Krohto Finish Up UMass Multi-Meet

AMHERST, Mass.- Sophomore Megan Frazee and Senior Madelyn Krohto of women's track and field finished up the UMass Multi-Meet on Thursday afternoon. Frazee took third with a final score of 4127 while Krohto was right behind in fourth with a final score of 4007.
Highlights from competition:
- In the first event of the day, the pair finished back-to-back in the long jump. Krohto's mark of 16' 2" put her in fourth while Frazee finished fifth with a jump of 15' 11".
- Krohto came in seventh during the javelin throw and Frazee finished 12th.
- Frazee ended the meet with a first place finish in the 800m with a time of 2:34.61. Krohto ended her day with a time of 2:42.27 to take seventh.
The duo will have a quick turnaround as they will compete at the UMass Commonwealth Invitational on Saturday, April, 13th.
