Massachusetts Tennis Welcomes Siena, Fairfield To Bay Road Indoor Tennis Center

The Minutewomen host Siena on Saturday and Fairfield on Sunday at 1 p.m.
AMHERST, Mass. – University of Massachusetts tennis team will play host to Siena College on Saturday, February 4, and to Fairfield University on Sunday, February 5, at the Bay Road Indoor Tennis Center.
Last Time Out
UMass fell, 7-0, last Saturday to Boston College in its season opener. The Eagles claimed the doubles point, before sweeping all six singles courts. Duo Melisa Senli and Mariya Krasakova won at No. 2 doubles on the evening.
Scouting Siena
The Saints are 0-1 heading into Saturday's match up. Siena began the season against LIU last Sunday, dropping the match, 6-1.
Since the March 8, 2008, the Minutewomen and Saints have met five times. Massachusetts has swept the series, leading 5-0 all-time. The last meeting between the two programs was last season, as UMass came away with a 6-1 victory at home.
Scouting Fairfield
The Stags enter Sunday with an overall record of 0-2. Fairfield fell, 4-0, to St. John's in its spring season opener last Saturday, before dropping 6-1 to UConn on Wednesday.
