Last Time Out
The Minutemen put home a late goal in their last match on Saturday at Fordham to come away with a 1-1 draw in the Bronx. Logan Brown headed home his first goal of the season in the 88th-minute to tie off an assist from Ben Shepherd. Marvyn Dorchin came up with three saves for UMass, including one with under five seconds remaining in the second overtime to help preserve the draw.

Leader of the Pack
Freshman Alec Hughes leads the Atlantic 10 Conference in goals scored in the season with six for an average of .667 goals per contest. The forward owns two multi-goal games in league play, putting home two goals in wins over Rhode Island and Saint Joseph's. The Minutemen go one-two in assists as Shepherd leads the league with six assists while Yosuke Hanya ranks second in the A-10 with five.

The Opponent
La Salle heads into tomorrow's matchup fresh off a 2-0 win over Saint Joseph's at home on Wednesday as Nigel Buckley and Scott Beeks each scored. The Minutemen and the Explorers played to a 1-1 draw in their first meeting in Amherst as Hughes scored in the 13th-minute before Isak Sedin tied it up for La Salle in the 19th-minute.

The Minutemen ranked No. 34 in the latest NCAA RPI released on Monday. UMass is the second-highest rated team in the A-10 according to the RPI with Fordham ranking No. 15.
