Last Time Out
UMass won its second consecutive road match with a 3-0 victory at Delaware last Sunday. Jenna Thomas, Erin Doster and Lauren Bonavita all tallied goals in the match, while Peyton Ryan and Alyssa Chase combined for the shutout. The Minutewomen have pitched back-to-back clean sheets, while the seven goals scored in the wins over New Hampshire and Delaware are the most in consecutive wins since the 2015 season.
Leading The A-10
Through five matches, UMass leads the Atlantic 10 in offense as the Minutewomen are 1st in goals per game (2.00), tied for first in overall goals (10), and lead the league in assists (12) and total points (32). Defensively, UMass ranks third in goals-against-average (0.60) and is tied for first in team shutouts (3).
Next Up
The Minutewomen will return home next Sunday, Sept. 16 to host Eastern Michigan (1 PM) at Rudd Field closing out the non-conference slate. Admission is free to all and the game will be streamed live on ESPN+ (subscription).
