Swimming and Diving Returns to Action After Holiday Break

Swimmers host Bryant on Saturday; Divers at Buffalo Invite
AMHERST, Mass. -Ā Following its break for the holidays and the annual training trip to Puerto Rico, the UMass men's and women's swimming and diving teams return to action this weekend. The swimmers will host Bryant at the Joseph R. Rogers Pool in Boyden Gym while the divers head to the Buffalo Invitational.

Saturday's home meet for the swimmers is set for a Noon start. The divers will begin competition at Buffalo on Friday with UConn, Ohio and Niagara also competing in the three-day event.

The home meet for the swimmers will also be Senior Day for both the men's and women's programs. The men's team will honor Thomas Brennan, Alex Mesisca, Ben Sloan and Ian Wilson prior to the meet's start. The women's team will honor seniors Sydney Connors, Jenna Diamond, Ivy Durepo, Katie Scordato, Allie Vitous, and Meriza Werenski.
