Ohio State Transfer Stephen Ravazzoli Joins Men's Soccer

AMHERST, Mass. - University of Massachusetts men's soccer head coach Fran O'Leary announced today the addition of Stephen Ravazzoli as a transfer this spring from Ohio State. The native of Sarasota, Fla., joins the Minutemen as a redshirt freshman this semester and will be eligible for the upcoming fall season.

"We are delighted to add Stephen to our program," said O'Leary. "He was highly recommended to us and will make a fine addition to our squad."

Ravazzoli has been a member of the Ohio State program for the last two fall seasons including a redshirt year in 2014.

Prior to joining the Buckeyes, he played midfield for five and half years with IMG Academy He won two MVP titles in 2011 and 2013. He was a member of the 2011 IMG team that won a regional championship and placed third at nationals and the 2012 state cup champion team.
