Baseball Announces Broadcast Schedule

AMHERST, Mass. - With the UMass baseball team slated to play its first game at Earl Lorden Field next Wednesday, Apr. 6 against Connecticut, the broadcast schedule has been announced for the team's 15 home dates. Three contests will be televised locally on CBS 3 Now and will also be a part of the Minutemen's seven games included in the baseball UMass All-Access streaming video package.
UMass' matchups against Boston College on Wednesday, Apr. 13, Quinnipiac on Tuesday, May 3, and Fordham on Friday, May 13, will air on CBS 3 Now, available on Comcast digital cable channel 293, Charter 230 and campus cable channel 79. All three games are scheduled for 3 p.m. starts.
In addition, those contests will be available to All-Access subscribers on UMass All-Access, live streaming video of the action from Earl Lorden Field. Also airing on All-Access will be the team's Apr. 6 match up against Connecticut, the Apr. 23 game vs. Xavier, and the Apr. 14 and 15 contests against Fordham. Subscriptions are $9.95 per-month or $79.95 per-year.
All remaining home games not available on All-Access will be carried on SportsJuice internet radio free of charge. Fans will also be able to listen to UMass' Beanpot games on WMUA 91.1 FM and wmua.org.
