Baseball's Friday Home Opener Vs. Temple Postponed

AMHERST, Mass. - The UMass baseball team's home opener vs. Temple, originally scheduled for Friday, April 3, at 3 p.m., has been postponed due to rain. The Minutemen will now play game one against the Owls on Saturday, April 4, at 3 p.m. on Earl Lorden Field, followed by games two and three on Sunday with a doubleheader beginning at noon.
Saturday's game will be streamed live via UMass All-Access, while a live audio webcast of Sunday's doubleheader be available through UMass' SportsJuice.com page. Gametracker will be available for all three contests.
The Minutemen enter the weekend's action with a record of 6-14 overall and 1-5 in the Atlantic 10, while Temple is 11-12 overall and 6-0 in conference play.
