Christopher Streeter returns to Jim Rudy[apos]s coaching staff as an assistant coach after a successful two-year stint as the head coach of Division III Bay Path College in Longmeadow, Mass. Streeter is familiar with the Amherst area having served as the Director of the K-12 Amherst Youth Soccer Camps since 2005. He has also been the Director of Coaching and Technical Development for the Amherst Youth Soccer Club since 2005 after holding the same position in Northampton for two years. Prior to arriving at Bay Path, Streeter was an assistant coach at Mount Holyoke College in 2004, head coach of the Super Soccer Stars Soccer School of New York City in 2003, assistant coach of the boy[apos]s varsity team at Southwick-Tolland Regional High School in 2002, head coach of the Girl[apos]s U-17 Maple League of the Western United Soccer Club (2001-02) and assistant coach at his alma mater, Westfield State College, from 1998-99. In addition, Streeter was the head instructor at the Pantuosco[apos]s Soccer Camp in Western Massachusetts from 1998-2006. Streeter played professionally for the Western Massachusetts Pioneers (1997-98) of the United Select League as well as the Massachusetts Twisters (2000-03) of the American Indoor Soccer League. Streeter graduated from Westfield State College in 1999 with a BA in Psychology and BS in Education. He was a two-time first-team All-League, All-Academic and All-MASCAC pick. He transferred to Westfield State in 1996 after spending two years at Merrimack College where he was the 1993 Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Year. He also recently completed his Master[apos]s Degree in Sport Psychology and Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania. Streeter resides in Amherst, Mass and is a fan of the Boston Red Sox and has played the drums since the age of 8.
