Spring 2007 (Junior): A member of the third varsity eight team which took third in the Yankee Cup in Kingston, R.I. (3/30); and second against Iona in Orchard Park, N.Y. (4/1). She was also a member of the varsity four boat which had a rocky start to the season taking third in the Yankee Cup (3/30); last place against Iona and Colgate (4/1); third against Northeastern, Texas and Columbia in Boston (4/14) in the first race of the day; second against USC and Columbia in the afternoon race (4/14) and last against BU and two Radcliffe boats (4/15). She finished the season strong winning the silver medal in the A10 Championships (4/21) losing to URI by only three seconds. Fall 2005: Rowed in the fifth seat in the collegiate eight at the Head of the Charles and in the fifth seat of the second varsity eight at the Head of the Fish. 2005: Rowed in the fifth seat of the first novice eight ... the boat finished second at the Atlantic 10 Championships, third at the Yankee Cup and second in the petite final at the Knecht Cup. Before UMass: Captained the rowing team her senior year that she had been a rower on since the seventh grade ... a Poughkeepsie Journal first-team all star ... race walked for three years at Doherty.
