The Maroon and White continued to elevate their collective performance in 2016-17 during Landry's third season as the team's recruiting coordinator as Massachusetts won the Atlantic 10 Championships and advanced to the NCAA Championships for the third time in the last four campaigns. The Minutewomen cemented themselves as the top team in the A-10 when the Varsity 8+ and Varsity 4+ took gold in their respective grand final races and the Second Varsity 8+ earned silver. Under Landry's guidance, four Minutewomen earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference honors following the 2017 conference championship.
Landry helped former longtime head coach Jim Dietz defend the team's Dad Vail Regatta Women's Title for the third consecutive season in 2015-16. It highlighted an eventful year in which the Minutewomen also took home gold in the Knecht Cup Second Varsity 8+ and sent its top rowers across the Atlantic Ocean for competition in the Henley Regatta.
Landry helped the Maroon and White put together another season ranked among the all-time best in program history during 2014-15. UMass successfully defended its Atlantic 10 Championship and also repeated with another Dad Vail Regatta Women's Title before the squad competed in the NCAA Championships for the second consecutive season.
During her third year working full-time with the program, Landry assisted Dietz and associate head coach Laura Simon in leading the Minutewomen to an appearance in the 2014 NCAA Championships. The successful spring season also featured an Atlantic 10 Championship as well as a first place finish at the 2014 Knecht Cup. During the campaign, Landry's walk-on Novice 8+ finished second at the prestigious Dad Vail Regatta as the Maroon and White won the women's team title at the nationally recognized event.
In the 2011 season, Landry was hired as a full-time assistant coach. Prior to this, she served as the graduate assistant coach for two seasons while she obtained a master's degree in kinesiology.
As the graduate assistant coach, Landry served as the walk-on novice coach, where she taught rowing basics to student-athletes new to the sport. Simultaneously, Landry served a stint as a Amherst College rowing coach when she guided the men's and women's club team on the Connecticut River.
Landry rowed for the University of Massachusetts from 2005-09 as a member of the Varsity 8+, helping the Minutewomen win three Atlantic 10 Championships during her tenure. Including her four seasons as a student-athlete, Landry has been a part of six Atlantic 10 Championships victories, as many as all other A-10 programs in that time span, combined..
