2021-2022 (Senior): Competed in the 200 and 500 yard freestyle prelims during the Atlantic 10 Championships with season best times of 1:41.33 and 4:34.47 respectively (2/16-2/19) … Had a pair of top 3 finishes versus Bryant (1/15)in the 200 freestyle (3rd) and as part of the 200 freestyle relay team (2nd) … Was a part of three relay teams that consisted of the 400 yard freestyle, 200 freestyle, and 200 medley which all finished in the top 5 at the Tate Ramsden Invitational (1/21-1/22) … Cracked the top 10 in both the 100 and 200 yard freestyle with times of 49.19 and 1:47.24 respectively during the Justin Jennings Invitational (10/9).
2020-21 (Junior): Did not compete.
2019-20 (Sophomore): Competed in the 100, 200 and 500 Free at the Atlantic 10 Championship (2/19-2/22) … Runner-up in the 200 Free with a time of 1:43.90 against Fordham (2/1) … Finished third in the 200 Free and added a top-five finish in the 100 Free at the Tate Ramsden Invitational (1/24-1/25) … Picked up top-20 finishes in both the 100 and 200 Free at the Terrier Invitational (11/22) … Finished third in the 100 Free in the season opener against Colgate (10/5).
2018-19 (Freshman): Competed in Dartmouth Invitational (1/26), finishing sixth in the 200 Freestyle with a time of 1:46.76 … finished seventh in 500 Freestyle against Fordham … finished 21st in the Terrier Invitational (11/17) with a time of 1:45.15 in the 200 Freestyle.
Before UMass: Put together a pair of top-10 performances as he finished sixth in the long course 200 Freestyle and seventh in the 100 Freestyle at the 2017 Guess Easter International meet … Younger brother of Jonathan Boffa, who was a silver medalist at the 2016 European meet.
