Inside Lacrosse has a fantastic feature on UMass men's lacrosse in the Minutemen's new helmets, made by Warrior, and uniforms and shoes by Adidas.

The University of Massachusetts squeezed past Towson 9-8 in overtime last Saturday. UMass who hasn't worn anything but white Cascades since I can remember, decided to break out their brand new Maroon Warrior TII Helmets. Thanks to the win I don't think Coach Cannella is going to be switching anytime soon.

The Minutemen didn't stop at the helmets, they will also be wearing Warrior MacDaddy III and Riot Gloves this season. Check out the Gear Zone  post Saturday morning before their game.

Kudos to photographer extraordinaire Larry French for the great Game Day Gear shots. The "mass" photo selection below showcases Umass's custom adidas uniforms, Warrior helmets and gloves, custom arm pads, stick combinations, adidas cleats/socks/sweatbands, interesting hair styles, and great celebrations.
