Collegian Previews Women's Lax Weekend

To say this is a big weekend for the women's lacrosse team is a bit of an understatement. Friday afternoon, the No. 15 Minutewomen host George Washington which is tied for 3rd in the league standings. On Sunday, UMass will host Richmond in a re-match of last season's A-10 Championship Title Game. UMass and Richmond are both also tied for first in the league standings at 4-0 so potentially, the meeting could determine the league's regular-season champion and the tournament's No. 1 seed. And it's Senior Day on Sunday for one of the top classes in program history.
