2021-22: Outdoor: Took fourth in the 5,000-meter run in 17:16.09 at the New England Outdoor Track and Field Championship Meet (5/13-14) … Earned silver in the 10,000-meter run with a personal best of 35:58.95, good for third all-time in program history at the A-10 Outdoor Track and Field Championship Meet (5/07-08) … Earned fourth place in the 5,000-meter run in 17:37.42 at the UMass Outdoor Invitational (4/30) … Ran the fifth-fastest 5,000-meter time in program history at 17:05.67 to 99th place at the Raleigh Relays (3/24-26). Indoor: Earned fourth place in the 5K with a time of 17:00.34 good for third all-time in program history and sixth place in the 3K with a time of 9:52.41 at A-10 Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/26-27) …Won gold in the 5K with a time of 17:23.52 at New England Championships (2/4-5) … Placed seventh in the 3K with a time of 9:58.23 at the Battle in Beantown (1/22).
2020-21: Outdoor: Ran to eighth in the 10K at 36:54.79, the third all-time best performance in program history at A-10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/01-02) … Ran 11:12.24 in steeplechase, good for fifth all-time in program history at tri-meet against UVM and Hartford (4/18) … Placed third in the 5K with a time of 17:37.20 at quad-meet against BC, BU, and Quinnipiac (4/09) … Posted the fourth-fastest time in program history to win the 10K with a time of 37:18.75 at tri-meet against Northeastern and UMass Lowell (4/03).
