Massachusetts Men's Soccer Earns Summit Team Academic Achievement Award, Secures 12 On Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence

Sioux Falls, South Dakota — The University of Massachusetts men's soccer program earned the 2025 Summit League Men's Soccer Team Academic Achievement Award by landing 12 student-athletes on the Summit League Commissioners List as announced by the conference on Wednesday.
The Team Academic Achievement Award is given to the team in each League-sponsored sport with the highest percentage of its student-athlete population (determined by reference to the number of student-athletes eligible for the List on the institution's squad list).
In order for a student-athlete to be selected to the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence, the student-athlete must carry a 3.50 or better cumulative GPA, have used a year of eligibility and completed three full semesters or five quarters at the nominating institution.
Kwame Adu-Gyamfi, Joseph Bianco, Alex Brown, Matt Cence, A.J. Cucinotta, Sean Fernandez-Davila, Matt Fordham, Aidan Kelly, Brad Moccio, Shane Velez, Ivan Vrh and Braeden Wright earned the honors for the 2025 campaign.
